SPHE:

This is an important time to stay well in your body and in your mind so once a week I’d ask you all to write a gratitude journal. Sunday evening would be a good time. Make a list of 5 things you were grateful for in your week. Start your sentence with.

This week I’m grateful for …..

Example

This week I’m grateful for being outside with my family on this bright sunny day !

Read your list at the weekend to remind yourself that you,ve a lot to be grateful for .

It also would be a good idea to keep meditating as we’d being doing in class as this will be helpful to you if you are anxious or unsettled at this time.

Here is the link www.otb.ie/ weaving wellbeing and go to Mindfulness Meditations.

Stay safe and I’ll have more work for you all next week !
