Homework Policy

At Warrenmount Primary, we believe that homework is an important part of learning. It helps reinforce what children learn in school, encourages independence, and strengthens the link between home and school.

Our Homework Policy outlines:

  • When homework is given

  • Suggested time guidelines for each class level

  • The role of pupils, parents/guardians, and teachers in supporting homework

  • What to do if homework cannot be completed

  • How teachers monitor homework and follow up when it is not done

You can view the full Homework Policy on our website under information and it is also attached below for your convenience.

We encourage all parents and guardians to read the policy carefully so that we can work together to support our students’ learning at home.
