Guidelines for Parents
Communication with Teachers
Please follow and respect the following:
- Parents are not permitted to accompany your child into the school building at arrival/collection times as this is disruptive to teaching and learning and against health and safety rules.
- Parents are not permitted to meet teachers during school hours or in the morning in the yard.
- In special cases, parents may be allowed to meet the teacher with prior permission from the principal.
- Parents are required to download the school app. All communication from the school is delivered through the app. The school is not responsible for texting/replying to individual parents.
- Communication with teachers online is not permitted. Classdojo is only used by teachers to broadcast information to parents.
- If parents want to meet with a teacher you must make an appointment through the school secretary. Parents may be required to wait more than 24 hours, so please show patience and courtesy to our school staff.
